Espoir Booking Policy Scheduling Your Consultation or Service Appointment At Espoir, we understand that reaching out for support during a healthcare challenge can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the scheduling process simple, respectful, and convenient while ensuring we have the time needed to properly support each client. By scheduling an appointment with Espoir, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointment Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. When booking your appointment, please provide accurate contact information and select the service that best describes your needs. If you are unsure which service is right for you, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation so we can better understand your situation and discuss appropriate options. Consultation Appointments Initial consultations are designed to: Understand your concerns Learn about your healthcare-related situation Discuss available support options Determine whether Espoir’s services may be appropriate for your needs A consultation does not guarantee ongoing services, a specific outcome, or resolution of a dispute. Appointment Confirmation You will receive confirmation of your scheduled appointment. Please review your appointment details carefully and contact Espoir as soon as possible if any changes are needed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected situations occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Please notify Espoir if you anticipate being late. Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if a late arrival impacts the availability of the scheduled time. Missed Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment. Repeated missed appointments may require payment before future appointments can be scheduled. Payment Policy Payment arrangements will be discussed before services begin.
