• Insurance claimants experiencing denials or confusion — people who have paid into their insurance and deserve to have it work for them, including those facing denied claims, appeals, or confusing coverage decisions.

• Patients navigating complex healthcare systems — individuals and families trying to make sense of medical bills, understand diagnoses, find the right providers, or access public health programs like Medicaid and Medicare.

• Fraud survivors — people who have experienced consumer fraud, financial exploitation, identity theft, or insurance fraud and are trying to understand their rights and next steps.

• Older adults navigating benefits, care, and systems — seniors who deserve access to specialized, patient, respectful support as they navigate Medicare, care transitions, Social Security, and family decision-making.

• Low-income and uninsured individuals — community members who may have previously felt that professional advocacy or mediation was beyond their financial reach. Our sliding scale fees and commitment to access exist specifically for you.

• Community members throughout the South Suburbs and beyond — residents of Dolton, Evergreen Park, and the wider South Suburban Chicago area, as well as clients throughout Cook County, Will County, and across Illinois. Virtual services are available to clients nationwide.
