During this session, I will explain the mediation or advocacy process, answer your questions, and help determine the best path forward. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your options and recommended next steps tailored to your needs. This consultation does not include ongoing representation or mediation services but may be applied toward a future service.
02.Extended Consultation and Document Review (60 min)

03.Mediation Session (1 hour)
A confidential, neutral meeting where parties work together to discuss concerns, improve communication, and develop mutually agreeable solutions with the guidance of a trained mediator.
04.Mediation Session (2 hours)
A confidential, neutral meeting where parties work together to discuss concerns, improve communication, and develop mutually agreeable solutions with the guidance of a trained mediator. The goal of mediation is to help all parties reach a voluntary agreement that addresses their needs and concerns in a constructive manner.
05.Half-Day Mediation (4 hours)
An extended mediation session that provides additional time to explore issues, facilitate productive discussions, and work toward mutually agreeable solutions in a structured and supportive environment.
06.Advocacy Consultation (1 hour)
A one-on-one consultation to discuss your concerns, review your situation, and identify strategies, resources, and next steps to support your goals.
07.Document Review
A detailed review of forms, letters, claims, or case materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and readiness before submission.
